Dipanshu completed his LL.B. in 2015 and is also a qualified Company Secretary (CS). Dipanshu was admitted to the practice of law at the Bar Council of Delhi in 2015 and is also a Member of the Delhi High Court Bar Association.

Dipanshu practices in a wide cross-section of Courts and Tribunals and has represented clients’ in an array of matters related to Criminal Law, Family Law, Company Law, Consumer Law, Recovery & Property Suits, Disputes related to contracts, Labour Laws, Wills & Probate, etc.

Dipanshu regularly assists clients’ on various complex matters pertaining to civil, criminal, corporate and commercial litigation. He has been representing and advising clients’ in matters relating to writs, debt recovery, winding up, arbitration claims, matrimonial disputes, consumer cases and appears before High Court in Delhi, Trial Courts, Consumer Courts and Debt Recovery Tribunal.

For over a decade, Dipanshu has also been rendering advice to clients’ in mitigation of corporate disputes like, false and misleading advertising, exploitation of employees, misappropriation of funds, embezzlement, etc.
